I was born in Ottawa. At the age of twelve I moved to Edmonton with my family. I am a self-taught artist and started out creating pencil drawings. I wanted to see some colour in my artwork so I then moved on to painting with watercolour. I now paint mostly with acrylic paint but also enjoy working with other mediums and experimenting with different techniques. Inspiration for my artwork can come from anywhere. It could come from watching a bird in my back yard to a scene in a favourite sci-fi movie.
