I'm Michelle. A local pastel artist. I love drawing animals and other fun things. I am a part-time artist and I work out of my home studio in Sturgeon County, Alberta. I am self-taught and started drawing with pastels in 2022 after dabbling in watercolour.
Pastels are fun to work with because you don't need any fancy tools or equipment! All you need is a piece of paper, some pastels, and your fingers! I am also a board member for the Redwater Art Society which has been a great way to meet fellow local artists.
